Heart of Wisdom ~ Understanding Emptiness

Eliminate stress.  Find happiness.  Learning how things really exist releases us from problems and suffering - permanently.  The most profound and liberating of all of Buddha’s teachings are those on the nature of life and everything - the emptiness of things.  Come and enjoy these practical teachings  on viewing the world in a more peaceful way. Classes include instruction, guided meditation and Q&A. Cost $10 (includes refreshments).  Everyone Welcome!
