At the Main Center in Fort Collins
There is something for everyone at Heruka Center. Maybe it's just a drop-in, check out the Center visit to the World Peace Cafe and bookstore. Many people like to start with the drop-in meditation classes either Thursday night or Sunday morning. Others want just a half-hour of guided relaxation Tuesday or Wednesday at noon. Some like to try a puja--a form of meditation which is chanted/sung. Others like to try a one-time daycourse (often just 9am-1pm). See below for all your options.
And, by the way, the meditation room can be used for individual practice whenever the Center is open and no other event is underway.
