The Art Of Meditation
Inner peace and happiness are states of mind, and meditation empowers us to find the inner peace and joy we seek. Learn all the basics of meditation: why meditate, how to meditate, different objects of meditation, and how to improve our meditation. Taught by Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Rinzin, resident teacher of Heruka Buddhist Center in Fort Collins. The class will break for lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Correspondence Learning
Heruka Buddhist Center offers correspondence learning for those who have the wish to participate in our Foundation Program but live further away from the center.
The Foundation Program provides a chance to deepen our knowledge and experience of Buddhism through a structured program of study and meditation classes. It forms a perfect basis for daily meditation practice.
The correspondence course is available for those in Northern Wyoming, Western Nebraska and South Dakota.
