Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes
with Buddhist nun Kelsang Thaye
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 pm
These practical meditation classes cover all of the stages of the path to enlightenment. Each class consists of guided meditation and a teaching on how to apply Buddhist wisdom in our daily life. Join for a whole course or take it one class at a time. Cost: $10. Stay afterward to chat over refreshments.
