Lamrim Meditation Retreat

Lamrim means ‘ the stages of the path to enlightenment ‘ and is the condensation of all Buddha’s Teachings. Meditating on Lamrim is the supreme way to solve our daily problems and find lasting happiness.
This retreat is suitable for anyone regardless of experience. Each session involves both chanting and silent contemplation/meditation.
If you are coming for a first time, you may wish to come 15 minutes early for a brief explanation.
