Our mind is uncontrolled, with harmful emotions such as anger, uncontrolled desire, and selfish intentions. Because of this we find it difficult to stay peaceful and happy. In this class, Gen Kelsang Rinzin will explain how to guard our mind against negativity and maintain a good heart throughout all our actions. Class includes teaching, guided meditation, discussion, and Q&A.

In this class we will understand the way we view self and other -- putting ourself on the enlightening path. Includes instruction and guided meditation.

Correspondence Foundation Program in Riverton
Heruka Buddhist Center offers correspondence study for those who have the wish to participate in our Foundation Program but live further away from the center.
The Foundation Program provides a chance to deepen our knowledge and experience of Buddhism through a structured program of study and meditation classes. It forms a perfect basis for daily meditation practice.
The correspondence Buddhist meditation & study course is available for those who cannot attend in person.
