About Lamrim Retreat

In these two weekend retreats, we will travel through all Buddha’s teachings using the extraordinarily practical presentation known as Kadam Lamrim, also known as ‘the stages of the path to enlightenment.’ In each session we will receive step-by-step guidance on these Lamrim meditations, based on The Mirror of Dharma (with Additions), by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. These meditations contain the essence of all Buddha's wisdom and teachings. If you practice these meditations regularly, they will lead to lasting inner peace and happiness.

The retreat sessions are accompanied by Buddhist prayers to receive blessings & inspiration for meditation. All sessions are guided and are suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.

The retreat sessions will be based on the Lamrim meditations from The Mirror of Dharma
