7-Day Meditation Challenge

Just Breathe

Saturday, November 20 - Friday, November 26
Guided meditations watchable on demand, with Resident Teacher Trina Gunther

ABOUT THIS MEDITATION CHALLENGE

Join us for a series of guided breathing meditations for experiencing inner balance and peace.

During this 7-day meditation challenge, we can learn how to incorporate breathing meditation into our busy lives and gain confidence in its effectiveness to create inner peace within ourselves.

This 7-day challenge is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

THE BENEFITS OF BREATHING MEDITATION

So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress.

We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.

Everyone is welcome.

Each session is 45 minutes, and becomes available to watch on-demand at 6am of the scheduled date.

Sessions remain available until December 3.
