Blessed, not Stressed

Learn a powerful breathing-mantra meditation

Saturday, April 9, 2022  |  2-4pm

In-person & Online

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a quick fix for being stressed out? While meditation in general can be effective at reducing our stress over the long-term, when we are feeling frazzled, panicked or overwhelmed we need something that will act fast to relieve our stress. We need a special breathing meditation that quickly blesses our body and mind, relaxing all tension.

In this workshop we will learn:

  • Where stress comes from, according to Buddhist teachings
  • What “blessings” are and how they counter our stress
  • A powerful breathing-mantra meditation that brings calm within minutes!

Everyone is welcome. The workshop will include two guided meditations, a talk and time for question and answer.
