How can we make peace with our difficult emotions, so that they do not overwhelm us and we can maintain an inner balance? We can gain deep insight into our emotions and thoughts by understanding and meditating on the nature of our mind, which can be likened to a vast, clear blue sky.
In this workshop, we will learn specific meditation techniques from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition to develop mental peace, even when our most painful emotions arise. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!
