Join us for a day out in our local Fort Collins community for a FREE Barnes & Noble Book Talk including guided meditations and time for Q&A. Resident Teacher Kerrin Perniciaro will be reading passages from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book Introduction to Buddhism.
Session times will be as follows:
11am-12:30pm Buddha's Life Story
1:30 - 3pm What is Meditation?
4:30-6pm What is the Mind?
This event is also serving as a fund-raiser for Heruka KMC, as attendees will receive a coupon with a bar code to bring up to the cash register; for any items they purchase in the store, including coffee or snacks at the cafe, a portion of their purchase will go to support our Heruka KMC non-profit organization. Please come out and help support our center.
Everyone is welcome!
