Discover your mind's naturally peaceful, boundless nature during this Saturday morning mini-retreat that is perfect for beginners and even those more experienced.
During three sessions which will be only 45 minutes long, you'll be introduced to Buddha's Mahamudra teachings which provide an explanation of our mind and a special meditation to help us discover the clear, peaceful nature of our mind. Through understanding our mind, we can gain insight into the relationship between the body and mind, and through engaging in these particular meditations, your mind will become progressively more subtle and peaceful, causing you to experience a profound inner stillness and tranquility.
Enjoy this deeply relaxing, spacious, and transformative morning of meditation, which will give you an experiential taste of what retreat is like.
Everyone is welcome! Chairs and cushions provided.
