COVID Protocols & Opening Updates

We are delighted to be gradually re-opening Heruka Center to more in-person classes. We welcome you to join us in-person as per your comfort level.

Currently we offer a variety of in-person and online classes and retreats. Below are what we are offering currently. These are subject to change. Please subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates, so we can keep you posted.

In-Person Attendance Protocols

Reserving in-person seating - Our spaced-seating capacity for in-person attendance is 10 people. In order to prevent overcrowding, we request you to register online for in-person attendance. 

Information for attending in-person:

  • Symptoms - Please do not come in person to Heruka Center if you are experiencing any COVID-19 typical symptoms, such as cough, fever, headache, and loss of taste or smell - even if you are vaccinated. (contact info@meditateinfortcollins.org to change your registration to live-stream)

  • Contact - Please do not come in person to Heruka Center if you discover you have been in contact with a person infected with COVID-19, or you have experienced any symptoms in the last 14 days. (Contact info@meditateinfortcollins.org to change your registration to live-stream)

  • Masks - As per CDC guidelines, we recommend wearing a mask while at Heruka Center, but we do not require it. 

  • Cleaning - We are working to ensure a clean and well ventilated space for you.
  • Distancing - Seating in our meditation room is spaced apart. Please try to stay as socially distanced as possible in our community room.

Disclosure:  An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By visiting Heruka KBC, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
