Self-Generation Retreat of Vajrayogini

Sunday, January 1 | 10:30am - 5:30pm

For those with Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments only.

What does it mean to become enlightened?  When we think of such a pure and elevated state of being we can dismiss it as an impossible goal for us.  But this is only because we are so familiar with identifying with being an ordinary person, we strongly grasp at the ordinary body and ordinary mind that we normally see. Through the pure intention of compassion and the wisdom of emptiness we can let go of this painful and ordinary identity and become familiar with an enlightened identity.

Self-generation is the beautiful meditation practice that walks us through the shedding of our ordinary hallucinated selves and step into a blissful, wise enlightened self. This retreat is an opportunity to refresh our self-generation meditations of Vajrayogini within the practice of Dakini Yoga, guided by Trina Gunther.
