Enlightened Gestures HYT Workshop

Ritual Items & Mudras for HYT Practice

Saturday, January 8 | 2 - 5pm

OFFERED IN-PERSON & ONLINE

Join us for this special Highest Yoga Tantra workshop in which we will learn about the important ritual items and hand gestures known as mudras used in daily HYT practice.  We will explore their correct use and their profound meanings, giving our practice more confidence and depth!

This will be a really fun hands-on course in two sessions. We are offering the workshop both in-person and online, but we do recommend attending in-person if you can.

For those with Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments only.

Please bring your vajra, bell, damaru and inner offering jar if you have these items. If you don’t have one or all of these, please let us know and we will arrange extras for you to use.
