Everyday Wisdom for a Happy Life
Enjoy our meditation classes in Spring Park this summer! These Sunday morning classes offer an opportunity to incorporate simple but profound ‘everyday’ wisdom of Buddha into our daily lives, helping us resolve our problems and find real happiness.
Each class includes guided meditations and a short talk. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary!
These classes are based on ‘Advice from Atisha’s Heart,’ which is a guide for a healthy positive life, from the Kadampa Buddhist Master Atisha, famous for his purity and sincerity.
