Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is an American Buddhist monk dedicated to helping people solve their daily problems by developing the capacity of their mind through the practice of meditation and modern Buddhism.
He is the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU) and Resident Teacher of International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon.
Gen-la Jampa has been a student of the highly-revered, internationally-renowned Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. Under Geshe Kelsang's guidance, Gen-la Jampa has taught at many centers and events internationally. He is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings, and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.

The talk will be held at Bas Bleu Theatre, a 99-seat intimate theater in the “historic heart” of Fort Collins, Colorado. This community hub for culture and the performing arts in Northern Colorado is housed in the historic Giddings Building within the newly completed Downtown River District and the Fort Collins Creative District.
