Heal With Love Day Retreat

Saturday, January 1 | 10am - 4pm

Start 2022 in a deeply positive way!

Immerse yourself in the healing power of love in this one-day retreat. Now more than ever we need to bring about real positive change in our lives. Buddhist meditation on love offers profound healing for ourselves and our world.

Over four sessions, Resident Teacher Trina Gunther will explain and guide four special meditations, called 'The Four Immeasurables':  immeasurable equanimity, love, compassion and joy. Through learning and practicing these sublime meditations we can discover deep inner peace and create a better world for ourselves and others; there can be no better practice than this for a meaningful life.

May everyone be happy,
May everyone be free from misery,
May no one ever be separated from their happiness,
May everyone have equanimity free from hatred and attachment.

Everyone is welcome.
