Anxiety and stress can be mentally and physically crippling, never giving us peace, never allowing us to relax. We must learn practical methods to heal our anxiety and stress if we want to find happiness.

Join us for this special panel discussion and brunch, exploring reliable methods for healing our anxiety in daily life. The morning will center around a Q & A panel discussion with four Buddhist teachers and practitioners who will share their experiences and insights in regards to applying Buddha’s teachings to overcome stress and anxiety. 

Through discussion we can gain many insights inspired by fellow spiritual practitioners, about how to practice Dharma in our daily lives, helping us to make spiritual progress, heal our minds, and find real happiness in our daily lives. 
You can ask questions during the discussion or submit them beforehand.

With Resident Teacher Kadam Trina Gunther

Kadam Trina Gunther is a long-time practitioner of Modern Kadampa Buddhism. She has studied and practiced in Dharma centers under Gen-la Dekyong and Gen Rigpa, and she has worked as Education Program Coordinator at centers in Los Angeles and the UK. She is an inspiring example of a lay practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism, and brings with her a wealth of practical experience of putting Buddha's teachings into practice amidst a busy daily life.
