Heart Jewel Day Retreat

The Daily Kadampa Wisdom Practice

Saturday, June 5 | 9am - 2:30pm

Fall in love with Heart Jewel practice!

For our success in meditation and authentic spiritual growth, it is vital that we learn to immerse our mind in enlightened wisdom blessings every day. The main method to do this is Heart Jewel practice, the concise and powerful core daily practice of Kadampa Buddhists.

Heart Jewel combines two practices revealed by Wisdom Buddha Manjushri - the practices of Je Tsongkhapa and Dorje Shugden, both emanations of Manjushri.

By practicing Heart Jewel, we receive the potent wisdom blessings of Je Tsongkhapa, the enlightened master whose Kadam Emanation Scripture forms the bedrock of modern Kadampa Buddhism. In this way can easily realize all of the Lamrim, Sutra and Tantra.

We also come under the protective care of enlightened Dharma protector Dorje Shugden, who always helps, guides, and protects pure and faithful practitioners by granting blessings, increasing their wisdom, fulfilling their wishes, and bestowing success on all their virtuous activities.

In this day retreat, we will have the opportunity to learn more about Heart Jewel practice and deepen our experience of it, so that we can derive maximum benefit from it in our daily life.
