Heart Jewel Workshops   ~   SPRING 2024

Developing a Powerful Daily Meditation Practice

Daily meditation practice is an essential part of an authentic spiritual life. However, in our busy modern lives, most of us need a powerful daily practice that is also concise and practical. Heart Jewel is such a practice and therefore is exceptionally well-suited for modern Buddhist practitioners.

The daily practice of Kadampa Buddhism is Heart Jewel, which combines special wisdom prayers with meditation for an inner transformative journey that increases our compassion, wisdom and spiritual power.

By practicing Heart Jewel regularly and sincerely, we will make our life extremely meaningful and make steady spiritual progress in daily life!

Everyone is welcome. Each workshop includes chanted prayers, teaching and guided meditation.

In this series of in-depth workshops we will learn the deeper meaning of Heart Jewel practice and how to experience its many benefits, using the book titled Heart Jewel, by Venerable Geshe Keslang Gyatso Rinpoche.
