Lamrim Retreat

Everyday Enlightenment:  Meditations of the Path to Enlightenment

Begin your 2026 in this quiet, contemplative meditation retreat, which gives us the opportunity to reflect on our life’s direction from the point of view of Buddhist wisdom and to bring about deep spiritual transformation. Kerrin Perniciaro will guide this 7-day retreat on the meditations of the path to enlightenment called Lamrim.

These transformative meditations are a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings that are easily integrated into modern daily life.  By engaging in these meditations systematically we build a strong foundation of inner peace within our busy and often stressful lives. Kerrin will offer guidance on how to use Lamrim for an effective daily meditation practice.

All sessions are guided and are suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome. Session live-stream is available for members.

Everybody is welcome!

While this retreat is part of the Teacher Training Program, everyone is welcome to participate.
