Vajrayogini Self-Regneration Retreat

with Kadam Trina

Thursday, January 23 - Saturday, January 25

This retreat is for those with Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments only.
(Everyone is welcome to the Offering to the Spiritual Guide prayers on Saturday.)

Self-generation is the beautiful meditation practice that walks us through the shedding of our ordinary hallucinated painful selves and step into a blissful, wise enlightened self. This retreat is an opportunity to refresh our self-generation meditations of Vajrayogini within the practice of Dakini Yoga.

The wisdom of the clear light of all Buddhas appears in the form of Venerable Vajrayogini. By relying upon her with deep faith, and putting our wisdom imagination into practice, we can swiftly accomplish a blissful, great compassion that is the real quick path to enlightenment.

The first two days of retreat are self-guided, using the practice of Dakini Yoga. On Saturday, which is Heruka Day, we will celebrate and conclude the retreat with Quick Path to Great Bliss and Offering to the Spiritual Guide (with tsog offerings), in which Kadam Trina will guide the essential meditations.
