December:

What's stopping you from being happy?

In our ordinary life, even though we work very hard to find happiness it often remains elusive for us, whereas suffering and problems seem to come naturally, without any effort. Why is this?

It is our mind that determines whether we are happy or miserable. Buddha taught exactly how our mind can function to produce states of happiness, and how it can also function to produce states of unhappiness.

In this series we will explore three important parts of our mind and learn how to use them to stop creating suffering and start creating happiness from within.

The book How to Understand the Mind is available for purchase in our bookstore, or you can download the ebook from Tharpa Publications by clicking here.
