Anxiety is never healthy or useful - however, most of us know that it’s not easy to just wish it away! Fortunately, there are simple and effective methods we can learn in order to reduce and eventually overcome this debilitating problem.

By applying the relatively simple meditation techniques explored in this class series, we can find relief from anxiety and learn how to become more relaxed and confident in our life.

With Kadampa Teacher Jamie Holland

Jamie is an experienced practitioner and teacher of Kadampa Buddhism, practicing in the Kadampa tradition since 2001. He now studies and teaches meditation regularly at Kadampa Meditation Center Colorado in Denver, where he has resided for the last eight years.

Jamie’s teachings are full of humor and practical examples that illuminate the depth of Buddha’s profound teachings, making them accessible for everyone to apply to their daily lives. His personable, kind manner communicates the benefits of meditation and modern Buddhism in practice, and his classes demonstrate the essential “how to’s” of a genuinely spiritual life in a way that all of us can understand.
