Struggling to feel at ease in yourself? Stressed about making decisions? Overwhelmed by life?  It’s becoming more common for our everyday lives to be plagued by feelings of anxiety, which destroy our confidence and hold us back from fulfilling our potential.

Practicing meditation and Buddhist teachings has the transformative power to help us step out of this experience. In these classes we will learn practical ways of thinking and special meditations, which allow us to reconnect with our own peaceful heart, and to live a truly meaningful and joyful life.
