Wednesday Meditation Class

6:30 - 7:30pm

Main Teacher: Kerrin Perniciaro

Inner Peace & Joy

Within all of us lies a source of infinite bliss, clarity of wisdom, and compassion for others. In these Wednesday night meditation classes, you will learn authentic methods for discovering this inner wealth directly for yourself.
Through Buddha's Mahamudra teachings (a Sanskrit term that means the union of great bliss and emptiness), you will be guided into experiencing progressively subtler levels of mind that lead to deep inner peace and happiness. With this blissful awareness, you can uncover your true nature, destroy ignorance and suffering at its root, and swiftly become a source of inspiration and benefit for others.
Each week these one-hour sessions will include:
- guided breathing meditation
- a short teaching on how to access more subtler states of mind for inner calm
- a concluding contemplation
- Q&A time with Resident Teacher Kerrin Perniciaro

Everyone is welcome!
