How to Solve our Human Problems

What is the mind of anger, and is it helping us? In these classes, we will gain valuable Buddhist insight into the mind of anger and its many painful aspects such as stress, anxiety, frustration, irritation and burn-out. Buddha taught a much happier and more relaxed approach to our lives, the open and peaceful heart of patient acceptance.

Learn how to practically apply patient acceptance to all your day-to-day problems. Using the book How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Nick will guide us through Buddha’s effective methods for controlling our anger and replacing it with the healthy and constructive attitude of patience.
