October - December Classes

Solving Problems with Wisdom

Our problems can seem endless and overwhelming, but with Buddhist wisdom we can start to gain control over them and find real lasting solutions.

In these classes, we explore how our daily problems are connected to specific disturbed states of mind that are known as ‘delusions,’ such as anger, desirous attachment and jealousy. We examine practical Buddhist wisdom to reduce these disturbed states of mind, gaining the ability to solve all our problems and find lasting happiness, clarity and confidence.

“When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we encounter come from the side of the mind.” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
