About our Weekly Classes

Drop-in to any of our weekly classes, which offer practical instruction on meditation and modern Buddhism. Buddha's teachings are scientific methods for improving our human nature and good qualities through developing the capacity of our mind.

Each class includes guided meditation and a practical teaching for everyday life, including often discussion and Q & A. Everyone is welcome.

Suitable for all levels - no previous experience needed. No need to wear special clothing/attire. Our meditation room has chairs and floor cushions to sit on.

About our Class Fees

Heruka Center is a non-profit organization which is entirely supported through our class fees, donations and memberships. We never turn away anyone for lack of funds - if you are unable to afford the listed class fee please feel welcome regardless and simply pay what you can.

Live-Streaming Sunday Morning Classes

For members of Heruka KMC, we now offer our Sunday Morning Meditation Class live-streamed. We still encourage those who have the ability, to please attend in person as often as possible. However, if you live at a formidable distance or have other mobility constraints, we hope this live-streaming will give you the opportunity to stay connected and enjoy the peace of meditation and Modern Buddhism every week.
