Loveland Wednesday meditation class

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind.

Join us for these Wednesday lunchtime meditation classes which offer practical and uplifting explanations of how to transform our day-to-day lives - including even the most demanding and difficult situations - into opportunities for personal and spiritual development. Ancient meditative techniques that have been tried and tested for centuries will be brought alive and made relevant to our everyday experiences based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Everyone welcome!
